      The Venice Glass Week Tours by Select takes you to the furnace of Simone Cenedese, who has been crafting glass chandeliers and a wide range of artistic objects for over 50 years. Simone Cenedese is a member of the most recent generation of Murano glass masters, who stand out for their renewed interest in the Venetian tradition. His creative work stems from his strong personality and his open mind. He is inspired by his perception of what the contemporary art world is offering, and stimulated by the artists he collaborates with.

      Simone Cenedese has been able to apply a modern style and design to an ancient material. We invite you to experience his artistic process with us!
