It presents one of the nine life-size cast glass figures, whose surface refracts light and dissolves its contours, evoking the fate of anonymous fighters, their imprisonment, their erasure, and their enduring place in collective memory.
ARCHIGLASS is a Poland-based public art studio led by Tomasz Urbanowicz and Konrad Urbanowicz, both glass artists and architects. For over three decades, they have created large-scale, site-specific glass works for civic and cultural spaces worldwide, integrating light, form and architecture. Their projects have been exhibited internationally and recognized with major awards for public art, including CODAawards for best art in public spaces.
