On the occasion of Franco Beraldo's eightieth birthday and in conjunction with Venice Glass Week, the Bevilacqua La Masa Foundation will host an anthological exhibition of the Venetian artist with works in Murano glass created in recent years in the rooms of Palazzo Tito in Venice. The exhibition intends to enhance the intense research activity on glass started by Beraldo approximately twenty years ago in the Murano furnaces and in his own laboratory, through the techniques of blown, submerged and glass fusion. The exhibition also aims to present some projects on paper and paintings on canvas from which the glass sculptures derive. The exhibition will include works of various sizes, some of which come from private collections.
