Great success for the first weekend of The Venice Glass Week!

The tenth edition of The Venice Glass Week is officially underway. Until 20th September 2026, Venice, Murano, and Mestre will host more than 200 events, including exhibitions, installations, talks, and workshops dedicated to artistic glass.

On Friday 11th September, Palazzo Morosini in Campo Santo Stefano welcomed artists, designers, glass masters and international guests for the opening of The Venice Glass Week HUB by Generali, hosted for the first time in the spaces of the historic palazzo thanks to a new partnership with Generali. The exhibition features works by 50 established and mid-career artists from around the world and is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm. The celebrations then continued at the Conservatorio di Musica Benedetto Marcello, with drinks courtesy of Select, the festival’s Official Cocktail Sponsor.

On Saturday 12th September, The Venice Glass Week HUB Under35 opened at the Galleria di Piazza San Marco of the Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa, showcasing works by 40 emerging talents in the field of contemporary glass. The exhibition is supported by Camera di Commercio di Venezia Rovigo in collaboration with Venicepromex, and is open every day from 11 am to 6 pm.
