The Committee CPVV, the International Society of Glass Beadmakers (ISGB) and Association des Perliers d'Art de France (APAF), present the 3° edition of the International Glass Bead Competition dedicated to the Art of the Traditional Venetian Glass Beadmaking. The selected beads are showcased at the Glass Museum of Murano.
For this competition we were looking for glass beads that are either made by traditional Venetian techniques or are inspired by Venetian techniques and styles.
During the exhibit, a jury will judge the beads in person and choose a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winner based on technical criteria. But not only that: the public of the Museum is invited to vote for their favourite bead during their visit.
