Visitors will immerse themselves in an artisan workshop rich in colors and materials. The mosaic masters will welcome you in their mosaic workshop introducing you to this traditional technique. On their tables there will be mosaics workin progress. You can see how they cut the tesserae in smalti glass, marble or gold leaf. You will discover the different stages of realization, starting from an image to get to the finished mosaic, and the many techniques: from Romans, to Byzantines up to contemporarys.
