The exhibition brings together the works of Maestro Lucio Bubacco, the result of the application of experiments with the flame working technique.
Experimentation of the flamework is a relevant and vital part of his role as "Maestro" who, throughout his career, has brought unprecedented results in the combination of flame working technique with other glass processing techniques such as fusion, blowing and casting.
Lucio Bubacco has never seen other glass processes as a limit or as irreconcilable worlds, on the contrary his research has led to experiments that have opened new paths to the expression of glass. The technical solutions have created glass unions that were previously unthinkable.
Works on display are sometimes "impossible" according to the glass historian and writer Yoshimizu.
