Carlo Scarpa, one of the greatest Italian names in design and architecture, is also one of the leading artists in the collections of the Modern Art Gallery "Carlo Rizzarda". In memory of the late Ferruccio Franzoia, his pupil and donor of the Venetian Glass collection Nasci-Franzoia, the conference proposed by the Musei Civici of Feltre will be dedicated to the work and personality of Scarpa. Particular attention will be given to the works in the museum, including the Zucca and the Polipo, rare pieces processed for M.V.M. Cappelin & C. in the late 1920s.
