The Gallerie dell’Accademia is hosting an exhibition by Tristano di Robilant who, through 12 glass sculptures, opens a dialogue with the history and the collection of the Venetian museum. The works, created in Murano at the Anfora glassworks, are abstract forms that avoid sharp or angular edges but rather, in their sinuous flow, seem to gently rest in the space. Like lenses strategically placed within the museum route, they invite an “alternative” reading of the museum’s masterpieces.
