Event organised by The Gritti Palace
An afternoon aperitivo in The Gritti Palace Epicurean School, with Delizie Trasparenti created by Chef Zoe Messinger from Los Angeles, inspired by Judi Harvest's "Centrotavola Veneziano", Murano glass sculpture created for The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Venice. The sculpture was realized entirely in Murano representing the fruits and vegetables indigenous to the Laguna di Venezia and inspired by Caravaggio. Judi Harvest was assisted by glass masters Giorgio and Marco Giuman and Andrea Zilio. The Transparent Delights aperitivo will be edible and resemble Murano glass, created with local ingredients.
