On the occasion of the tenth edition of The Venice Glass Week, the De Santillana Foundation presents The Archive Capsule: Uran, the third chapter of its research exhibition format exploring ways of presenting the archive of Laura de Santillana (1955–2019).
Through TAC, the Foundation activates its archive through display practices in which linear narratives are replaced by constellations of works and materials, and by dialogues between sketches, photographs, technical documents, and finished sculptures.
TAC III focuses on a selection of works produced between 2013 and 2019, when the artist travelled to the Czech Republic to develop new technical experiments. Through works, documents, and archival materials, the exhibition sheds light on this phase of her research.
