San Giorgio Glass Days

Event organised by San Giorgio Café

An aperitif with the transparency of glass in the shades of the lagoon.
For the entire duration of "The Venice Glass Week", San Giorgio Café pays homage to the international festival dedicated to artistic glass with a cocktail and a small plate: the transparencies of glass and the colors of the lagoon recreated in a small plate of traditional Venetian cuisine from our chef and in Walter Bolzonella's Mar(e)tini, a signature cocktail with the wild herbs of the salt marshes marinated in sea water.
