Professional guided tours Wave Murano Glass

The professional tours of Wave Murano Glass reveal the "behind the scenes" of artisanal glassmaking in a Murano factory: participants will spend an hour immersed in the world of Murano glass. They will start with an explanation of the chemistry of glass and the melting process, and then delve into the various stages involved in creating an object through heat. The finishing techniques, grinding, and engraving performed by the master coldworkers will be illustrated.
