"Nature is the greatest sculptor, is my role model" - LUKÁCSI used to say because nature’s seemingly infinite, diverse forms and shapes have always enchanted him. Graceful petals and leaves, the roundness of pebbles cuddling into the palm or the magic metamorphoses of a water droplet are all elements of a perfect system, which - tough seem so regular, yet are intriguing and unique: are constantly changing.

László Lukácsi (b. Hungary 1961) graduated from the University of Applied Arts in 1985. His masters were Zoltán BOHUS and Márton Horváth. Since then, he has won two awards in Japan: the Gold Prize and Fujita Prize at the Kanazawa Exhibition of Glass, as well as the Jury and Visitors Awards of the Coburg International Glass Exhibition. He has participated in nearly 200 group exhibitions. His works are present in many international collections across the globe.
