An experimental workshop led by Healy Arts Charity from Scotland. We will combine Artificial Intelligence (AI) design with the traditional craft of diamond point engraving on glass. Participants will have to opportunity to try using an AI design program and use the design to inspire their hand-engraved work, using the heritage skill of diamond point engraving.
The participants will engrave an object that they can take away with them. The workshops will be open to the public and glass artists via pre-booking and drop-in.
It offers an opportunity to experience and discuss the development of AI and the questions and worries that are associated with this ever-developing technology.
