Using pieces from Rezzonico chandeliers, I create "ReadyRezzonico” necklaces. Exhibited in museums since 2014, these original "readymade" are a metaphor for the shaken transition between classical tradition and contemporary creation. Recent necklaces incorporate pieces from the chandelier she created with Gianni Seguso: exhibited at the Valmont Foundation, her chandelier is the subject of a talk on September 12th as part of the Homo Faber program.

Born in Tokyo in 1963, Kimiko Yoshida studied photography in Tokyo, Arles, and Le Fresnoy. She lives in Venice, Paris, and Tokyo. Her art revolves around self-portrait. Her works are exhibited in solo exhibitions at international museums. For the 2024 exhibition "Murano Illuminates the World," she created with Gianni Seguso an original chandelier, "Gust of Wind," which was displayed under the arcades of the Procuratie Vecchie in Piazza San Marco.
