If we can reach our innermost room and our essence, will we stop searching? I don't know. Do we really want to get rid of our broken walls? I don't know. But I am not afraid of the dark. I am not afraid to send my hands to the dark.”

Hendekcigil (Turkey, 1992) studied at Anadolu University Fine Arts Faculty Glass Art Department. During her university years, she worked with several world famous glass artists (Vladimir Klein, Pino Cherchi, Rob Stern, Jiri Pacinek, Janusz Pozniak, Grant Garmezy, Masayo Odahashi, and Simone Fezer). Hendekcigil continued her studies at the Glass Furnace Foundation. The artist continues her artistic works in her own studio in Antalya.
