Event organised by The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation

From September 9–17, free, 20-minute talks take place at 3.30 pm, giving visitors a chance to discover the glass works of art on view at Palazzo Venier dei Leoni, from Claire Falkenstein’s gate, which greets visitors with its combination of iron and colored glass, to Egidio Costantini’s 23 sculptures inspired by drawings by Pablo Picasso. Also included are lesser known but equally striking works, such as Jean-Michel Othoniel’s Les Amants suspendus, or the sculpture by Japanese architect, Mikuni Omura, on view in the garden.
