The exhibition unfolds between past, present, and future, translating a decade of activities, initiatives, experiments, and transformations that have featured the companies licensed to the Vetro Artistico® Murano brand into a physical and immersive experience. The past is revealed as a living, non-nostalgic element, through the revival of structures and works from the main exhibitions held over the years for the festival, from Murano Glass Toys to Glass Archipelago, from Murano: Upcycling Glass to Glass Bateo, from The Floating Furnace to Murano Glass Street Art, presented in the form of objects, fragments, and audiovisual testimonies. The present manifests itself as an experiential space. Through immersive tools, the visitor is removed from the position of observer and placed inside the furnace, the place where artisanal knowledge takes shape. Finally, the future is represented not as a mere continuum of the present, but through a video installation as an open temporal horizon of possibilities and innovations.
