The organic mirrored shape 'moving' through the three transparent spheres is inspired by biological and physical structures. The reflections in the artwork question both our internal knowledge and our perception of the world around us.
Anna Gray (b. Netherlands, 1974) is an Amsterdam-based artist. After earning her BA at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam, she completed her MA at the Royal College of Art in London in 2017. Her inspiration comes from the complexity and beauty of science. Topics we don’t fully understand intrigue her. The Unknown is her biggest source of inspiration.
