Through the dialogue between wax, water, and glass, the work reveals the fragility and uniqueness of every being, which takes shape, grows, and transforms in relation to its environment.
Interdependence
The work reflects on the bond between matter and environment, where each form, organic or not, gains meaning only within the context it inhabits, activating connections and relationships.
Alessandro Pugno (Italy, 2002) explores the relationship between humans and nature through analogue and digital photography, video art, and sculpture. His research focuses on forms in transformation, resulting from material processes and environmental relationships. His works create dialogues suspended between space and time, where matter becomes a witness to relationships, traces of passage, acts of care, and resistance.
